Our main rice is the Minami-Uonuma Koshihikari from Niigata, Japan known for its soft texture and natural sweetness. We also use our own special blend to enhance its rich flavor.
Our wide selection of desserts is supervised by a patissier from Shirogane, Tokyo. No other yakiniku restaurant offers such an extensive and refined dessert menu.
